MFL MarMac purchased two WeatherBug weather stations over 10-15 years ago. One is at the high school/elementary school in Monona, the other is at the middle school in McGregor. These stations have enabled us to enhance our education curriculum, while protecting students and faculty from severe weather. Our weather stations also offer us an opportunity to serve our community. Individuals using the WeatherBug mobile app and school website have access to our current neighborhood weather information and forecast. With our ever-changing seasons and weather we all want to know what the weather has in store for us each day — it helps us manage our lives daily. WeatherBug provides us with a new way to keep our school community informed with information beyond the weather. We are excited to be one of the first schools nationally to take advantage of the WeatherBug Community card feature. You can now access school information directly from the home screen of the WeatherBug mobile app, including the latest calendar of events, news and our Facebook page.
Simply click on or scan the QR code with your smartphone and you will be taken to your app store to download the WeatherBug app and join the MFL MarMac community.
